Synergica was founded in 2017 from Information Technology professionals with over 20 years of experience.
The objective is to identify and accelerate the most innovative developments in the digital /IT sector.
Synergica has been recognized as an Innovative Start-up by the Italian Government and is therefore registered in the special section of the Public Register of Companies in order to take advantage of the benefits introduced by the legislation and at the same time to ensure high standards of publicity and transparency.
Synergica is made up of experienced managers and highly qualified personnel to serve a winning synergy:

PRODUCT/SERVICE
Within the R&D activities, Synergica has created a product based on Epson technology related to Telematic Cash Register.
Through the customization of the RT firmware and the introduction of an embedded web app, the Telematic Cash Register are able to share - thanks to the consumption of dedicated web services - the main sales data immediately after daily closing.
The data can be immediately avaliable by app, on a portal and integrated with other sources or repositories (i.e. DWH).
The web app also allows the monitoring of the results of sending fees to the Italian Revenue Agency through:
- tabular and geographic map consultation
- periodic reports via email and instant alerts through a dedicated Telegram Bot
The solution - presented as a prototype in 2018- aroused great interest in companies such as airports, railway stations and malls that share the same problem of detecting the sales of their tenants.
During 2019 the solution was successfully installed in several stores in Italy (Bars, Restaurants, Jewelers, Clothing).
For 2020, the same will be expanded by integrating the control and reporting functions dedicated to the Telematic L.ottery

There are two types of innovation that we carry out:

The first innovation we carry out is in the deployment model of our projects.
The immediate understanding and sharing of the main objectives is immediately accompanied by the prototype construction.
This initial effort is amply repaid by a rapid and intuitive interaction with customers who will have the opportunity to refine some details during the work, having clear the impacts of their choices from the beginning.
The "agile" approach allowed us to quickly create complex applications and minimize reworking activities.
