BUSINESS MODEL AND SOURCE OF PROFITS
The business model is divided into two branches, one B2B and one B2C with a weight on turnover of 85% with 15% respectively.
98% of the relationship and origin of profits with B2C customers takes place directly through the ecommerce platform, while B2B customers prefer a direct commercial relationship with our SALES sector which deals with managing orders through the use of CMR software to support the activity (we intend to automate this business segment as much as possible, to reduce time and further improve the process)
The profit actually comes from the sale of welcome kits, business lines are being developed which are closely linked to the main one and which will be launched in the coming months.
