Short description of the aspects of innovation that characterize the business enterprise
Formever Lab with its activity supports social innovation that is not only an idea more or less radical, but an innovative practice that can be applied in an efficient and sustainable idea of a new product, service, model, to meet the needs and at the same time create new relationships and collaborations in order to increase the potential for the company's action. Formever Lab develops and promotes digital services, in support of the citizen in all aspects of his life, both administratively and economically, for the social relations and in the school organization. This new digital society can not neglect the formation of each individual use of technology, considering that the technology offers a great economic and social potential in fighting inequality, promoting the inclusion of disadvantaged people such as the elderly, the unemployed, individuals in a state of poverty and disable, in order to develop skills that fill the social disparities, supporting the cultural development and promote sharing of knowledge. A final aspect of differentiation is the design, management and implementation of methodologies and tools based on for non-formal learning, which represents a second chance with a strong impact for the social reintegration of those who have had fewer opportunities, a tool for the inclusion of all. Another interesting use of the non-formal education is that the beneficiaries may be multipliers following the experience, becoming "more experienced peers", towards their friends, and hence motivate and support them in a " horizontal" way. This is the "peer education", which is based on the sharing experiences and offer support to others in similar experiences.
